last night i could say was one of the best "dudes night out"'s ive EVER had.
if you missed it. im sorry. you missed alot.
about 3 pm everyone shows up at my house. everyone being drew, nick, and braden.my mom kicked nick out. because she hates him. but it was a joke, but i dont think he knows that yet. so we get in the car. strangely quiet due to female being present and nick was nervous. sooooo. we finally get to nerk, and there the guys go to chipotle, and braden and i went to fazollis.we get back to chipotle to meet up with the guys, and they begin their burritos. it was nicks gigantic burrito v-card removal. he was enthrawled from his first nibble. he became quite the connesuire. he actually described his burrito as "a well put together onion, with many strategic layers." he didnt finish it, wuss. on the way out someone gets the idea that me and braden should put a lemon and a lime together and eat them, and who ever finished first one. i won. score. then i told them i'd eat 4 more. bad idea. i felt really sick. but i did it. i aint no wussy.
on the way there. we got....mooned by a stranger in some band. and flicked off by an old lady in a lexus. then we got lost in cleveland, but my lovely wife finally got us the address.
upon arivall to the agora, we all had to urinate. so we ask the man outsid of a mr. hero's if we could pee in his restroom, he says "naw man, jus' go out back" so we do. which ended with at least a 100 foot pee wall *thanks to drew and nick.* we finally get in. i buy a green tea that they poured in a cup, so it looked like i was drinking a huuuugeeee beer. sweet. im a real man now.
the crowd was mostly middle aged hippies. and drunk dudes yelling slayer. the first band was really really good, but still i was thinking "okay, lets hurry."
the second the locust kicked in locust kids showed up out of NO WHERE and ruined the old men's evenings. i had a whole cup of beer spilt on me instantly by a fleeing man. it was a blast though, and they win for best put together live band.... ever. it really was about a half hour of insanity, definately worth it though.
we split after the locust, and wait outside for awhile. i talked to justin pearson for like 10 seconds, then he had to split. which was still cool seeing how i love all of his bands and all. then we meet gabe and joey, also from the locust. who we got to talk to for a longer amount of time, and they were really awesome. we then convinced braden and nick to kick each other in the nuts until the other wussed out. nick won, braden ended it before he lost his chances of having children.
we got in the car. went to a gas station, got 24 bottles of water for 2 bucks. then drove and decided to go to a mc donalds. where we totally ticked off the guy at the window and had to re-order probably 10 times. nick then told us the funniest story ive ever heard. and then everyone in the back seat fell asleep as drew and i drifted home listening to tenacious d.
that about sums it up. it was funnier there.
